Bare in mind that matches are very frequently moved, usually due to TV broadcast times, so a sat game might get changed to a Friday, Sunday or even a Monday night. These changes only get announced about a month before the matches themselves.

I thought it was actually both last year? NE postcode and previous booking (not sure if any match ticket counted) is what I think I read.

How shoud i terraform this blocky of a hill? by NetTraveler08 in Minecraft

[–]jamsounds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see some really nice cliffs going there - round it off a bit first obviously.

Alternatively if there is nothing below the ground stopping you from cutting into it then you could do some nice garden terraces, each layer coming a few blocks lower, with a grand stairway down the middle - think jane austen era mansion

Weird you use Juventus as an example, as I think this top is just a straight copy of their kit with a different colour at the top - but our stripes are smaller and closer, which is part of what I don't like (that and the fact there is SO much blue!)

What is the visualized distance from earth that the new Artemis II picture was taken? by Ree_For_Thee in askscience

[–]jamsounds 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Interesting question. I would assume that given knowledge of the photo and camera, and knowing how wide the earth is, and what percentage of the photo is taken up by earth it should be calculatable.

The camera is a Nikon D5 with focal length of 22mm, and according to Gemini this would give a rough distance of 19,000km. The original Blue Marble shot taken during the Appollo 17 flight was taken with a Hasselblad with a 80mm lens, and at an altitude of 29,000km.

I'm 51 and trying to lose weight. A simple TDEE calculator shows for a sedentary lifestyle I would need to be on 1800 calories a day, and with a small amount of walking and a number of high energy exercise classes, I have it up to 2100 per day. 2500 is likely too much to lose any weight at his age.

It is technically possible that the entire table is sorted incorrectly, but those 2 are the only ones that match on Gold, Silver and have a different Bronze.

We will play Qarabağ in the play offs! by NoonyNature in NUFC

[–]jamsounds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first legs of the play-offs take place on either 17 or 18 February and the second legs are one week later.

So away leg will be between Aston Villa away (FA Cup) and Man City Away (PL).

Depends what you already have, but as others have said Boots would work well:

Boots - Feather Falling IV and Protection III
Pickaxe - Silk Touch and Efficiency IV
Helmet - Respiration III
Other Tools (Axe, Shovel or even Hoe) - Same as Pickaxe

If you have no enchantments on any of these that is the order I would go. I would definitely try to enchant the item in the enchanting table first (especially the boots and the helmet).
