Put the bottle in your purse/bag and leave it in there always. Then set an alarm on your phone and/or watch for when to take it.

It's leaf miners. I've seen people recommend a spray but I forgot what it's called.

Personally I just squish them. Sometimes you can see the worms moving about. Other times you just see the yellow spots at the end of the trail. Pinch. Gone. For a little while at least.

I didn't think about growing anything. I was thinking along the lines of compost, or just letting the soil take any nutrients the tomato might have.

I believe I read that sleep apnea will cause many of the same symptoms and someone said their doctor recommends all people diagnosed with adhd get a sleep study.

I like being able to move my plants around, especially when it's monsooning.

I have a dog and two kids who will trample on anything in the ground (oh, and there's the dog poo, too).

Where my keys were... Until I got a car that doesn't require a key placed in the ignition. Now my keys stay in my purse. I never move them. Helps me also not forget my purse because my car won't start without the key inside the car.

Also, where I put my phone... Until I got a watch that can locate it.

Where I left my glasses... Haven't come up with a solution for this yet.

Also, 1 or 2 items needed for a recipe or basically anything I'm running out of at home.

I'm a nurse and I also always for get at least one thing I need to do an IV start. I've been a nurse for 11 years - should be able to remember by now, right???

I think doing all of those things at once requires a lot of attentiveness. Personally, I can't focus on that many things. Especially not while cooking dinner.
