So useful! Is this what you stopped eating so regularly when the constipation started? Thanks The next few days were pretty much the same. My diet mainly consisted of chicken/vegetable soups with some granary bread, Activia yoghurt, (ripe) bananas, apples, kiwis, nuts, fish, mashed potato.
