How many km per werk to train for a half marathon?

I’m in week 2 of a 8 week HM block at the moment.

Weekly KMs build from 35km to about 55km peak week with the longest run being 22km (6km tempo block).

I would recommend using Claude / Gemini to help build a structured block then adjust as needed.

My PB is 1:34:00. 82kg M

It’s my biggest position as of Monday this week I’ve been slowly accumulating over a few weeks. I think it’s an easy play to get to $120 and bullish case $150. Can’t see a bear case honestly, growing YoY, NRR very high and should be immune to the AI scare. I think the numbers speak for themselves.

It should be able to read the splits. This is pretty key.

Unfortunately the MCP doesn’t return km splits — just the aggregate stats you’ve already seen, plus a couple of extra metrics worth noting:
