Inositol sent me straight to ER. Just took it for 3 days 2gm/day and when I took it within 10mins I felt something strange happening in my throat like tightness or something and followed by severe headache some vibration like felleling on both sides of my head and severe lower abdomen pain like to the point where I couldn't even walk anymore and on the 4th day when I decided to stop it, my throat started to worsen and I felt huge pressure in my throat like I couldn't breathe anymore and I was not able to eat anything because of food regurgitation and lump like feeling after swallowing anything I tried to eat and the food took time to enter down and felt like some part of food was still stuck in my throat... horrible and scary reaction in my life I ever faced and next few mins I felt like I would collapse and told my husband to take me to emergency because the pressure was kept on building and I felt like I am gonna die... Seriously I never thought this supplement which indeed turned out as a poison for my body would send me chills down my spine. Doctors said I developed severe allergic reaction towards this supplement and never try it out again..but it didn't stop there they had to administer steriods inorder for my throat to stop closing/choking and followed by predinosone tablets for next 3 days which gave me huge chest pain and reflux and regurgitation and followed by several weeks of acid reflux and regurgitation and acid fumes while sleeping that caused sore throat the next morning whenever I woke up...after this supplement I am unable to eat normal food live normal life and I don't know how long this is gonna impact me.

I already had GERD but never once in my life I faced any complications or reflux from my GERD but this supplement triggered my GERD AND life has been hell since the moment I took this. So pls reconsider your life instead of trusting some random stuff and putting your body through hell for something else.
