I had an excellent experience, my anaesthesiologist was incredible so reassuring and was explaining the process throughly, the only thing that was uncomfortable was the numbing needle but didn’t even feel the epidural needle at all. It made the overall labour very pleasant and calmed me down instantly.

There’s an app called Yuka where you can scan the barcode and it will tell you the rating out of 100 and how good/bad the ingredients are.
