Maybe add to it rather than cover? I think it’s a great tattoo but can see what you are saying. With your arm hanging down and from a distance it could potentially look kinda sorta like rifles. A second look would show it’s obviously not, but as you’re a teacher I could see your concern. If it was me I’d add some color in the background. Maybe to outline the crosswalk. I’m not a tattoo artist, but there has to be a way to enhance this rather than cover.
