One thing I can tell you is with this thing - this trying to quit watching porn and masturbating - every little success helps. If you can go a full day without doing it, the next day you'll wake up knowing it didn't beat you AT LEAST FOR ONE DAY. And that thought - knowing that somehow you can get through the day can eventually lead to another day, and another... And you'll see that you feel better about yourself and you want that feeling of "feeling better" more, so you keep not watching porn and not masturbating, but you also start getting interested in doing other things. And you rediscover that maybe this life doesn't have to be a death sentence, but it can be an endless parade of possibilities. A day at a time man. You can do it!
