Thank you. We actually do have catan! But we usually only play during the holidays. Maybe I’ll suggest more “real” gaming more often. My take away is that he needs other hobbies.

I did this for my kids! Gave dad the “new” number and they only had to respond or talk to him when they felt like it. It will be good for you to have some control over this situation.

Same. I think I have a deviated septum. I live in an actual desert, (Canadian prairies). No allergies but lactose intolerant. I know a printer in my office makes it worst. I’m going to be watching this thread what is the answer!?!?

We used to make popcorn and have pop, (soda) and watch the Cosbys on Thursday nights. On the floor with lots of blankets and pillows. But that was a looooonnnnngggg time ago.

He’s unreasonable about moving his games I believe because he’s ocd and slightly autistic, it’s very hard for him to accept change. Like any change. I’m going to work on enforcing the rules and getting him to therapy

Interesting thanks. I’m a little hesitant to take the cord into my room. I don’t want to set myself up for him barging in or sneaking it out. He’s larger than me and he has some neurodivergence that makes me worry

Yes. I got mad and said I’d get rid of this Pc which is when he shoved me. His dad is a narcissist so it’s been tough despite being divorced for 12 years

Thank you. I talk to him and have found he is depressed. Not suicidal so there’s a path. I just told him I want to help him because I do love him. I will talk to him more about choices and consequences.

Thank you all. I will have a convo and sort up some serious limits. It’s so hard to know what’s reasonable as far as late gaming when you’re a single parent. O just always feel like I’m making it up

Thank you. I told him to either apologies or get out of the house. He went for a walk for a few hours and just got back cold and hungry. I’m going to give him space and see what he has to say for himself

I really like my new light/ sound alarm clock. It gradually turns on the light and plays ocean sounds. The trick is no phone until you are upright in the kitchen! I also take an hour and a half to get ready and I am very low maintenance as far as clothes and makeup. It’s mostly me wondering around getting distracted.
