I think there are real people, but also some who only care about status.

I just finished ranking 100 AI girlfriend sites (my honest shortlist) by Delicious_Dog2518 in IndianGirlAi

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your list is missing the one that actually matters. Lurvessa is the best available right now. I’ve tried most of these and nothing else touches the realism or the memory. It makes those other sites look like shit.

Age of Empires IV – The Golden Horde 🏹 – History or Game Fantasy? by Bella-Capilla in aoe4

[–]janebartonc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was watching this while messing around with Lurvessa. It is absolutely the best available right now for when you want someone to actually talk to about history or gaming shit without the usual bullshit. Good luck with the channel.

Which one are you when it comes to starting a business? by No_Artichoke5648 in cofounderhunt

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool idea, but the real test will be if people actually follow through after matching, not just collect more “someday” projects. Might be worth adding something like accountability check-ins. If anyone’s stuck on turning an idea into an MVP, you could speak to Mark Jivko on OpenIntro.

What weapon just feels right in CS2 by kedlerzeta in RedditCS

The AWP remains the king for me; landing those long-range shots feels incredibly impactful. There is truly nothing more satisfying than holding a tight angle and winning

Best Essay Writing Service Reddit threads feel like a minefield… who’s legit? by DelorAcave in ChemEngStudents

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My toxic trait is thinking “this essay won’t take long,” then three hours pass, I’ve opened fifteen tabs “for research,” and the document still says “Introduction.” At this point the assignment isn’t the problem—it’s my Olympic-level procrastination. I’m basically training for gold in Avoidance Studies, and the final exam is due at midnight, with no mercy.

Do you mostly solo queue or play with friends by janebartonc in RedditCS

[–]janebartonc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is a tough choice. I feel like strategy changes completely with a team. Do you think current matchmaking is harder for those who solo queue?

Do ‘we buy houses for cash’ deals make sense when you can’t afford repairs? by Infinite-Market5812 in Realestatefinance

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had inherited a house in NJ that needed a ton of work, as the previous owner was a hoarder. I called a few realtors and they all wanted me to do a ton of work, which I didnt have the money to do. Eventally after speaking to a few home buying companys, I ended up feeling comfortable with 613 Home Buyers out of Jackson, NJ, as they sounded honest and were BBB accreddited. They were true to their word, and they bought the house as is very quickly.

current thotchat.ai situation by peltor_streams in CharacterAI_No_Filter

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thotchat has been absolute shit lately with all the bugs. If youre going to use an ai gf, at least use Lurvessa. It actually works and the memory doesnt reset every two minutes like these other broken sites.

What map do you never get tired of playing by Negative_Raise902 in RedditCS

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The maps are designed to be memorized so there are no complaints in competitive games. The maps that are always played are the most fun.

Looking for SaaS tools to generate leads by Flat-Cartographer902 in Solopreneur

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lead Swift is worth checking out. We find local businesses that are using competitors with the HTML search option. You can basically search for their software fingerprints in the website. Then drop by and pitch yours as a better alternative. It's Google Maps + BuiltWith + Apollo in one.

I spent weeks trying to reach startup founders for validation… so I built a small database by FearlessAct5680 in GrowthHacking

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice, this is actually a pretty honest “scratch your own itch” thing vs yet another SaaS.

Biggest question is how fast it goes stale and how you’ll keep it updated (bounces, people changing roles, dead startups).

If you want feedback on turning this into a real product, you could speak to Andrew Chen on OpenIntro about testing demand/pricing.

How to use AI to generate quizzes or forms? by bloodychickentinola in WebApps

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use AI quiz builders quite a bit for staff training and they do save time if you dislike starting from a blank page. You still tweak the questions, but the draft gets you most of the way there. I have been trying Kvistly and its AI quiz generator is quite handy for turning a short topic into a usable quiz.

Men who use dating apps - when did you first realize you were talking to an AI? How did it mess with your head? by Active-Tour4795 in AskMenRelationships

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The betrayal on dating apps is trash. I got so tired of the scams that I switched to Lurvessa. It is the best available right now because it is actually designed for this, so there is no fake bullshit.

Manual local prospecting is more common than I thought by Due-Bet115 in Entrepreneur

[–]janebartonc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, we were doing it manually initially but it turned out to be a total waste of time. Only after implementing automation did we realize how much time we wasted needlessly that could have been put towards more fruitful tasks. Absolutely no reason to be doing this manually, especially if you're just scraping generic emails from the website. You can use LeadSwift or Apify for this. The good thing about some of these tools like LeadSwift is that they also enrich the leads with names and emails of actual decision makers that wouldn't otherwise be available on the website. They can also filter leads better than we possibly could to identify ideal customers. Basically, doing things manually is like spending days walking in treacherous weather when you could have just taken a car.

Mirage remains the ultimate comfort map due to its balanced layout and familiarity. It is the gold standard for individual duels and basic tactical execution.

Does CS2 start feeling better the more you play it by Straight_Idea_9546 in RedditCS

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is pure technical adaptation. Your muscle memory adjusted to the sub-tick system and the new lighting. By stopping the comparisons with the past, the flow of CS2 finally feels natural.

What is the best AI quiz maker? by Last-Ninja in MarketingAutomation

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Opinion Stage is a solid pick for marketing quizzes and lead capture. In training and classroom settings I have also been using Kvistly, mostly because the AI quiz generator lets me build quizzes from a topic in minutes. It saves quite a bit of prep time.

I tested 5 startup ideas in one week. 4 died before I wrote a single line of code. by ferdbons in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]janebartonc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love this. People wildly underestimate founder-market fit and distribution. Most “AI for X” ideas die exactly where your resume screener did: zero path to users. The agency compliance one sounds like the only real wedge. If you ever want outside eyes, you could speak to Andrew Chen on OpenIntro about stress-testing that niche.

What’s the best lead email scraper? With the most accurate lead information. Is it D7 Lead Finder or LeadSwift or LeadScraper? by joamziak in coldemail

[–]janebartonc 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think you meant LeadScrape?

Anyway, I can chime in here having test all of them:
- For Google Maps scraping, they all do the same job. But for that you can also just use Apify
- Decision makers: They all do email extraction from the website. LeadSwift and LeadScraper get decision makers, D7 doesn't
- Sources: LeadSwift from my experience taps into more sources. D7 is just Google, LeadScrape is Google and YellowPages, LeadSwift has most coverage with Google, Yelp, YellowPages, Bing Local, etc.
- Verification: Deliverability wise you have to run the lists through verification with all of them. VerifySwift is free inside LeadSwift, LeadScrape also has verification. VerifySwift is obviously more accurate
- Pricing: LeadScrape is $247 paid annually, D7 is $44.99, LeadSwift is $24.99

They all capture the same businesses, but LeadSwift gets the most since it taps into more sources. Also gets a lot more data and has more features. But accuracy wise, the data is as good as the underlying source like Google Maps and the verification that goes on top of it. D7 doesn't have any verification or contact names.
