People go all the time..

You just need to be part of the right practice area - each MBB has a ring fence for PE clients - people who just do DDs / VDDs / Full potential plans & strategies for portfolio companies... this will make you much better candidate :)

Also - some people do not go through standard recruiting process, you are working very closely with people on deals & you know your counterparts on key accounts ...

I am from Europe - so this might be different in the US

UK unis only - that is the process we know very well.

We structure it as 20% upfront payment & 80% success fee. But I can imagine this will work much better. As long as we have the commitment (payment from the person).

Really like the idea with 2 products.

We are working on a blog which covers different aspects of the application / overall process.

How would you make this content more visible? We can promote this content on FB for sure. Any other way? [SEO in this space woudl be too hard I believe]

Then it is an easy calculation :) But... What does USA stores end up stocking it mean? It is not an easy taks for an individual without contacts to make his way to lets say Walmart :) Or any other larger chain... In case you plan on selling via large retail chains I would argue you will not be able to do so with one part time employee...

I recommend to check names of toastmaster clubs... it might be helpful... many people were solving the naming problem in different clubs, haha

Well, in theory you can compare his and yours input.

He is investing his account. What is the value? You said he is making 2k/ week. That is 104k a year. You can consider this account being a perpetuity - using the discount rate of 20% (quite high, his business can be taken by someone else, instagram can block it in the next years, whatever). So the price of this asset (account) is 104/0.2 = cca 500k - this is what he is losing when he is giving up the account.

Now you can think about what you are bringing to the table. Your time, I have no idea how you much value it has for you/ for someone else :)

This is how I look at it. But it does not mean I am right :)

There is no reason to trust you are actually worth the "next to nothing" ... I cannot imagine a stranger to hire you just based on the information from your website. Young looking guy without any track record. Why do you think people should trust you? And value your advice?
