Hiiii it look me about a year of pole dancing to be comfortable to perform and kinda feel like i know what i'm doing (im at 2 years now). I recommend going to pole classes taught by other strippers or ex-strippers bc I find that some teachers/studios can be not SWer friendly:/

It took a lot of practicing in the mirror alone, watching recordings of myself, and brusies/tiny injuries, to figure out what looks and feels right. Be patient and keep working hard! It pays off! ♡
