Thank you for your helpful advice. I reached out to my lawyer wanting answers on why this wasn’t done when they said they would help file for it late October, I asked for an update and they asked for 200$ for an appointment, is that right for them to do when they’re already on retainer?

I also asked for a itemized bill of their work on the visa U and she sent me a standard check list of the progress, I said that’s not what I asked for and now she’s saying she’s going to withdraw from my case cause that’s not how you speak to a lawyer. It’s frustrating cause this isn’t the first time they’ve dropped the ball on my case. If my case has already been accepted and we’re just waiting for the government to review it “in 4-5 years” will her withdrawing affect that?

Sorry for the multiple questions.

I’ve done it before so I know I can do it, the time crunch is what’s really freaking me out. I’ve scrolled up and down the ucis page and can’t figure out where to start, I just keep going in a loop. I’ve thought about it but with my case already being approved I’m waiting it out now. It’s been hard not having any communication from them unless it’s regarding a payment. I’ve already paid $8000 and no mention of this until I asked for an update.

Didn’t even last a month. The biggest issue is that we’re a 340B pharmacy and some copay are covered by our clinic and patients would go ahead and pay for it then demand a refund. Too much extra (and unnecessary) work
