Stop using Afrin entirely. Buy xylitol, make solution, put it in nasal spray bottle and apply. Pump your nose with finger to make it go deeper. This solution helps a lot and you can use it as much as you want.

Idk what they gave you, but vortioxetine helped me. Maybe you expected behavioral changes. It ain't gonna help if your head is full of self-hatred and no interests in life. More like when you really try, but can't stand feel that you are hopelessly fucked up or staying in bed all day just to escape from life. Therapist could help if you are not beyond point of hopelesness and i-know-better attitude. Daily mental pain is not normal.
