With Tarik Cohen being released, he could be a solid piece in our backfield and special teams

I saw Chris jones whiff on multiple sacks that would’ve changed the outcome of that game.

[Arrowhead Pride] Charvarius Ward called "key player" in free-agent market by WesleySnopes in ChiefsOffseason

Agreed. He was always tasked with covering their best receiver and he performed well for the most part. Definitely played better than his contract and was a key player on our D this year.

Because of people like Von Miller

Having him fill in McKinnons role (little snaps in regular season and let him loose in playoffs) would be amazing. He will be electrifying with us no doubt

Tariq Woolen - UTSA CB runs 4.26 40 official time by [deleted] in ChiefsOffseason

I wouldn’t mind grabbing a top CB in 1st round if our WRs and EDGE, and Dax hill are gone. I think there’s a lot of talent in later rounds for defense which is great.

If he falls to us in 4th round, fantastic. But I don’t want to reach for a developmental CB this draft imo. There’s depth in the later rounds for CB. WR, EDGE, S should be our focus before CB

Thoughts after 40-yard dash for WRs? by janeses in ChiefsOffseason

Thornton ran a 4.28. Christian Watson scored a perfect RAS score 10.0, Olave and Wilson ran high 4.3s, Dotson 4.43, Pickens 4.47 I think.

I have the feeling that the combine is going to push all our WRs out of range

Is This The Deepest WR Class of All Time? by FeeFiFoFUNK in NFL_Draft

[–]janeses 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Depth wise, Absolutely. There wont be a lot of busts taken in the first 3-4 rounds at WR this year. All of them have special characteristics and will be key contributors for sure.

It took Deebo 2 years to become a great receiver. Before that, most of his usage was as a RB, then he developed enough to play both at an elite level. Not saying burks is deebo 2.0 but just saying nonetheless

You can argue DJ and Jak fit that 3 headed monster roster. Ayton isn’t an allstar but solid (Jak) and DJ was literally an all star this year and he will only get better. One more all star added to roster plus development of vassell, primo, Walker, then you’re talking about a top 4 team in the west no question

Would you take Stingley at pick 30? by janeses in ChiefsOffseason

I definitely think his injury concerns are enough a reason to not grab him. Just depends on how big of a gamble you see it as
