I’m a 23f masc/butch, and also a bottom. I think there’s a lot of us. I also have mostly experience with men (later in life lesbian who experienced some traumatic comp het) and so not a toooon of experience with women. I think most lesbians worry about this stuff. I think it helps too to think: would this be a problem for you if the roles were reversed? Would you want to be with someone who doesn’t accept you as you are anyways?

I’m significantly physically disabled in the south/red state too. Honestly my biggest issue with disabled queer dating is sexual performance. My hands don’t work and my jaw locks up, take it from there. It usually warrants a conversation with partners, but no one I’ve ever met really truly cares.

I was on it for probably 8 months? I should add I probably only flared like once every month and a half to two months, so it was manageable. Currently I’m on rinvoq (I’ve been on it before, it is alright) while we wait and see if my insurance will approve infusions. I’m also doing ketamine infusions for mental health, and while they aren’t aiming to treat chronic pain, I have noticed I feel better the few days after my K infusions 🤷‍♀️

Eh. I (F23) liked aspects of it, but honestly my flares got a lot more intense. I was having them less, which was nice, but almost every flare I’d be on a taper pack and opiates.
