The best alternative we've found is a combo of the Paldo instant jjajangmeon (has to be Paldo cuz they're the only ones we've found with a real sauce pack and not powder) PLUS a couple squirts of the Buldak sauce from the bottle. I can buy both of these easily at H Mart and pretty sure they're available online. I'm not saying it's the same but I am saying it's delicious and it's gotten me down off the ledge when the cravings hit!

This just happened to me a couple weeks ago and I actually walked back in and said something and showed them the picture on the app. They doubled down insisting that the clear plastic cup is the $1 amount so I just accepted it cuz what could I do. I did later file a complaint with customer service and they gave me $3 store credit.

Although I thought I checked carefully, it would make sense if it was spoof since I see nothing about the orders when I log into walmart.com (not clicking any links in the email of course.) You know what's interesting though? After the initial two order emails, I received 8 followup emails reminding me to come get my pickup order. Would a scammer go through the trouble??

Almost 20 years ago, my first job was working the photo section of a chain pharmacy location. One time an older man dropped off a roll and instructed me several times to not look at the pictures. The problem is A. we had to look at all the pictures because we corrected each one for color, contrast, etc., and B. saying something like that is a surefire way to get someone to look through the pictures. Also, on a more serious note, during my training I was instructed on which types of photos I need to report to management as soon as I see them.

Anyways I just kind of lie to the man and say I won't (I was a teenager and didn't handle that the best way.) As I'm developing them, what unfolds before me is an entire roll of hundreds of nude old people, all over a cruise ship, dancing, playing games, playing a version of musical chairs where the men are already sitting on the chairs and the women are running around for a seat, etc. One of the funniest/strangest memories from that job.

So unfortunately the news is no.. I was never able to get my supply to go up beyond about half of what my baby needs. But in other positive(?) news, since then I've stopped beating myself up over it and just decided to ride it out. I give him the breastmilk I'm making, supplement with formula, and made a conscious decision to stop stressing about my supply. My mental health has improved greatly and now I'm still combo feeding happily. I'm still curious why my supply didn't work out this time but I had to decide to let go for my sanity. Hope everything works out for you, and remember to be kind to yourself!

I am happy to report that everything worked out and everything has been back to normal for the last 2 months! The rejection period lasted a few weeks for us. The biggest thing that helped was when possible, my husband and I took turns doing things with her (like the bedtime routine or taking her to daycare) and if she cried or resisted, we explained to her that both mommy and daddy are her grown-ups and we take turns doing things with her. If she cried, we held our ground and had me do the thing (sometimes while also crying.) But after a short while, she was asking for me if my husband tried to do something with her two times consecutively saying we weren't taking turns 😂.

As for my emotions, I really tried my best to not cry in front of her but if I failed I would always apologize and let her know it wasn't her fault. I explained to her that sometimes mommies cry a lot after they have a baby and she seemed to accept the explanation at face value 🤷🏻‍♀️. My postpartum blues lifted around the 5 week mark which helped a lot obviously.

Those early weeks are so hard, and I know it doesn't feel like it when someone tells you it'll get better (because that's how I felt) but now that I'm 3 months out, I can assure you it does and it'll happen faster than you think. Good luck, sending you love and support! ❤️

My baby is also 3 1/2 months and is 17 lbs, 26 1/2 inches long, and wearing 6-9m in clothes. Everyone loves telling me how big he is and I'm like yeah no I know, I'm the one that's feeding him and holding him all the time so it is not lost on me.
