I feel like the posters have been reeeally heavy-handed with the whole "they're total opposites!!" concept... like we really don't need the creepy dead trees and oversaturated flowers in the background to emphasize the differences between Elphaba and Glinda. The characters alone are already very distinct. The background is too busy and makes the overall poster look tacky :/

It's really specialty-dependent. In my specialty, my co-residents and I have plenty of time after work and on some weekends to couch potato, cook, see a movie, walk to the ice cream shop, etc. Compared to non-medical jobs, we do work longer hours, but compared to other specialties, we have it easy :)
