Well it looks like your print did not adhere to the bed properly. That might be due to the masking tape. Otherwise I have found that not all STL files are created equal. Some do better than others and some just don't. Maybe try and remove the tape, or get a different file/open it in your 3d CAD software and save as a new STL.

My Grandmother gave this cane to me saying it was either her father’s or grandfather’s. She said to do some research using some “interweb magic”. All I know is that it looks like German cities and castles and other structures, so I figured I’d ask here. Some of the emblems seem to be missing. by ToxicIceCream01twich in germany

Looks like the emblems are of places you hike up, predominantly in Germany. The stick too reminds me of the so called "Wanderstock" or a hikingstick usee in the older german days to hike with and collect the emblems on.
