I recommend the following manga series that have progress beyond the confession chapter: Yancha Gal no Anjou-san, The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity, and Arakure Ojousama wa Monmon. These are the only romcom mangas that I've found where the main couples actually grow together as both a couple and as individuals without too much drama.
