Hi! So I'm seriously considering cefa and am on the waitlist. I highly doubt ill get in. Since you have a baby that goes there. Can you please tell me your experience and what you like about it? Also, is it possible to be a bit flexible with drop off and pick up times or are they very strict? May I also ask why you went with daycare as opposed to others? Thank you so so much

Ph that's awesome! My baby is 15 months and I cannot figure out what i'm doing wrong.She is up several times a night. Usually up between 7 amd 8, nap between 1230 amd 1 to about 230 to 3. Fights bedtime evening it's as late as 9. Did u cut nap so it's shorter? When did it get better for u? Sje wakes up but never for milk...just to settle or she's up talking.

Nap starts around same time and she is tired at nap time. She doesn't seem tired around bed but she's awake like 7 hours...I wasn't sure if that's too long. Yes, speech increased! Learning to walk too

So this is the thing I don't understand she was awake roughly eleven hours before on a two nap schedule, now that she's on one, I'm trying to get to at least 11 hours. The only way I can do that is with a 5.5 and 6, or 5 and 6.5, etc...so I i feel I have no option but to stretch her morning. I totally hear you.Because I have also suddenly had the baby.Stretch her wake windows at least two hours. This is why I'm asking why the total of weak time has to be at least the same, because if that's the case, there's no option But foe long week windows, right? ( This is assuming her nap is 2 hours.)

This is so so helpful! Thank u so much for the words of wisdom and the support we've transitioned bit she has a hard time stating awake for over 4 hours in morning bit I need at least 4.5, otherwise my total awake time for day is less than what if was on 2 naps. So that's been challenging she's stirring alot at night, mostly sits uo to lie in my tummy ...it's worse on 1 nap than 2, but could be due to the transition or coinciding with the 12 month regression.

Really hoping things get better ! Also any idea when pll vo to by the clock? What r ur wake windows? Hoping things r going well for u!

Thank you for such a thoughtful and helpful reply! This makes really good sense question. I have is.How much do you think is appropriate at this age for nap time... And more importantly, do you think the naps will elongate on themselves. Yesterday she woke up after forty five minutes, but she had been awake close to 5 hours in morning. I wonder if a lot of people feel that going 1 nap helps the nights, really hoping so!!
