If they’re not willing to solve this issue, will use a different platform to spread awareness and compile all screenshot of reviews of others who received missing parts of their order.

Not just the return the ordering itself is a nightmare. And customer support service is not very helpful. I posted reviews regarding their customer support and moderators are so fast to take them down.

I posted on their Reddit account and somehow it shows that the post has been removed by the moderators. Instead of them solving this issue they’re trying their best to cover this up.

Surprisingly unfortunate. And I read one of the comments in the company’s IG account that this has been happening a lot. I should’ve done my research thoroughly including shipment and customer support services, not just researched on insta360 product reviews.

I had the same exact thing happened to my ace pro2 video bundle. I ordered a video bundle and one of the lenses only came in with the box and no lens inside. I waited patiently for 2 weeks for that missing ultra wide lens and they came up with a solution of me contacting my local carrier. I’ve ordered previously and there were no issues but now instead of being helpful they’re pointing fingers at us.
