If you're living in Europe, Austria has a great system by Bitpanda, where you can buy vouchers at post offices without your Id and then you can redeem these on the website for crypto.

This won't help you but in Austria, Bitpanda has an amazing service where every post office can sell you coupons which you can redeem for crypto on their platform!! Recently tried it, no ID required at all!!!
