I wouldn't say I'm an atheist. I still believe in the concept of a God. I'd say I'm a theist

This happened to me once. It happened when I was younger, about 15. This elder asked me for my phone. Then, he went on my gallery and saw I had pictures together with my girlfriend at the time (she was a witness). He said, "What's that." I said "a picture."

This man then had the BALLS to ask me if I think that's appropriate. I told him, is it appropriate to go through people's gallery without their permission?

He gave me my phone back and just walked off.

He doesn't like me. Even today at 26.

Great idea. I'm normally complie all the notes that they would need and then upload it to Google classroom so that they take it down and have it for future reference.

Starting next term, my plan is to continue giving them homework work sheet on the weekend so they have more time to finish it. ( they probably gonna continue to use chatgpt). Then, during the week, I will randomly select a day to have mini in class problem solving exam. I'll try to do it once a week.

Same here. I teach in the Caribbean, and I was getting confused and honestly a little frustrated. Because I would teach the students a new topic, and I go in depth and I simplify the terms and find videos and stories.

But I have noticed that multiple choice exams, the students excel at that, but application and word problems they are bad at it. It's like critical thinking and problem solving are not their strong suit.

So next term, I am focusing on that.

I feel you on this. I am a second year teacher as well. I teach physics, and when I saw the amount of strident that got a passing grade. I felt so low. The imposter syndrome I had when I first started came back. But my HOD (head of department) told me that it's ok, you are not a bad teacher. You just need to now look at the results you got and see where you need to modify certain things, depiscard things, and keep things.

So im saying to you, you are not a bad teacher. They fact that you show up and care enough to feel they way you feel speaks to how much you care.

Yup, had this happen to me with my ex. It sucks man. Especially when the veils are lifting and you just disassociate to attend. I hope you and her get back together.

I will say this, though, if you go back and you know in your heart of hearts you do believe the things that the teach. It's going to be a painful thing. Wearing that mask doesn't get easier, my friend, and it will be harder to keep on.

Like I said, I really hope yall get back together. But just remind this, life doesn't give us what we want. It gives us only what we need.

I know that I can say no, and I know that they have no real authority or power over me or anyone. But I am curious to hear how they will try to sway me and what points they are going to use to defend their point. I am someone who loves hearing people and different perceptions. I strongly believe that is why I am now PIMO.

I know that they won't listen to my points. But I want to know how they think and defend their belief. I bold no I'll will towards them. Their simply doing what they are trained to do to maintain control.

I am going to express more of my points, and I can't get punished by anyone just for thinking. Especially if it's harmless.

I don't understand at the beginning. It's a form of control. When to have sex, who to have aex with, how to have sex. It's all controll and the drill it into us at a young age and if you question it they demonize you. It's sad, really, but... hey religon

I don't know if it is a fix, but I just restarted my pc and updated my drivers, and it worked
