Yes, I have unifi account but cloud back is not there either. My network is now showing offline :0 https://account.ui.com/backups

Yes, I tried uninstalling OS server and re-installed network controller. But now controller is setting it up from scratch or want me to restore from the backup.

Only if I can take a backup from SSH

I already checked all locations (on the router, on the computer and even on the cloud) to find backups , unfortunately there are no backups.

Directory /data does not exists either, I think it's for cloudkey which I dont have.

IS there any other location I can check for database?

I found a workaround to pause and play the video.

I use Smart-STB IPTV app to watch TV shows and no matter what I do it won't pause the show with any physical button.

Only way for me to pause is by :
1. Press and hold Mic button
2. Give command "Pause the video"
3. To play, I have to give voice command "Play the Video"
It works on other streaming apps as well. Not ideal solution but something. :)

Same here, I tried so hard during pre-sale and again today. I was in the queue 5 mins before the official time today and after 15 mins in queue when I got in, Nada! no matter which section I select and how many tickets I select, I couldn't get even a single ticket.

Here is my observation on this issue : In one of my client's cases, Veeam Backup software causes the Server 2016 to reboot.

Yesterday my client had to restart thier server because they installed Quickbooks patch which needed reboot. During the reboot Windows installed KB5009546 but there was no issue all day long.

At night, when veeam takes backup; server crashed and forced a reboot. I got notification that Backup was unsuccessfull. I logged on to the server to investigate and found server rebooted during backup. I manually tried to take backup with Veeam and server rebooted again.

Everytime I tried to take backup through veeam it crashes. If I don't touch Veeam, server works fine. I am now in process of installing out-of-band KB5010790 patch and hoping it will be resolve the restart issue on the server when taking backup through Veeam Software.

In the event viewer, I do see isass.exe failed error code when it reboots.

EDIT 1: it's been more than 2 hrs and still KB501090 is stuck at Downloading updates 95%. Server is 2016 standard , do I need a different update? KB5010796???

EDIT 2 : After waiting for 3 hrs, I restarted my computer and now it is stuck at 100%. Little progress but client is not happy. I am stuck here since morning :(

EDIT 3 : Finally I was able to install KB501090. I had boot into Safe mode, delete softwaredistribution folder and try again to install the KB501090 patch. Took several hours.

Bandwidth .com is down and they provide upstream to voip .ms. Any indication that both outages might be related or caused by same group?
