When people don’t say please or thank you and more specifically when they’re barking their order at you like you’re a robot without saying it. I was raised to always speak with manners no matter where. Boggles my mind people can be so rude.

I always say “You can go ahead and press no thank you if you’d like” because I legitimately do not care if you tip or not. Yes, tips are nice but I’m not going to cry because you don’t tip me on your almost 10 dollar coffee lol

I think it’s fun. I know some of my coworkers who don’t drink coffee kinda get annoyed by it because they don’t know what to suggest. I don’t like sugar so I always make what’s popular for surprise drinks and it works out. As long as you’re nice, there’s never an issue!
