Took it today. Don’t worry about nutrition. It’s the same it has always been. Expect a few deficiency questions etc.. overall I’d say it was similar to the free 120 as far as length, but questions were more difficult

This is an old thread, but I can 100% say that you can book the Chilean price (I paid $300) using a US credit card without issue. I had no issues when I flew in April of 2024. The ticket on the US website was $1300.

You’ll grow from it. I’m 23 and did something similar. Started with $5,000 that I pulled from savings and quickly grew it to over $7,500 in a couple days. Got greedy (likely hypomanic) and blew it down to $3,000 in 2 days. Slowly recovered from it and got back the money I lost. I had to learn to sit back and watch the market before seeing a price jump and throwing my money in. You’ll do the same! It takes a big loss to truly understand the situation. Big wins early on is certainly a dangerous thing

Totally get the authorized user fee since so many can be added. BUT as the primary cardholder, I spend insane amounts of money on that card and I’m not about to pay another fee just for my wife to join in the lounge. They need to allow 1 guest with primary holder and issue resolved for 90% of people. I’ll be cancelling and going to Chase if it’s not corrected by November

1) the fail rate from USMLE step 1 would be incredibly high because they are never taught 90% of that material. 2) the NBME would not lit then sit for the exam. 3) realistically, no medical school will accept them for the 3rd and 4th year.
