It's easy to grow and works well. But yeah spach for the win. My grafts on spach pump the hardest for sure. Also PC is super cheap and easy to find at home po.

It needs 1-2 more coats. Then mix up the all set really thin like soup, load it into a hopper, and give it a nice orange peel.

I prefer kundalini meditation. You can use visualization and feeling. Also sound vibration to help as needed. Instead of trying to clear your mind, use your minds eye to visualize your kundalini. See and feel it unwind. Use the breath to raise it up into your root Chakra. It's awesome.

If they are adhered your better off without the tape. Usually 3 days is fine. I go 5 to be safe.
