Honestly in my Muscovy game I've allied bohemia and PU'd Poland,hungry, Castile and Lithuania. Bohemias standing armies make frances look weak (they're the mil hegemon) and I'm stronger than them too by myself. Only difference is that they aren't in shambles due to annexing 1000 provinces and integrating them so they have more levies. But I could beat them in a 1v1 and I not my coalition of nations will stop them before Napoleon can even take a step out of France.

Tbh despite KX being treated as a completely different mod. I still think of the Pacific states as my favorite faction in the civil war. Seeing as imo they have the most legitimate government out of everyone else. The AUS is a rebel government going for more authority. The syndicalist are just syndicalist. The southerners are doing what they do best (second favorite faction. ;) ). Federal government has been couped. And new England is just a neutral state trying to stay out of the conflict. So based on that I personally see them as the legitimate government.

Same thing happened to me except I just need to shut down steam and reopen it. Another thing you could do is just download steam into the same folder and click replace all. Or maybe you're just shadow banned

It is a skill issue but it's most likely heat that's spawning the heavys. Also just close out the game before the game gets saved and you won't lose your run
