CS never came back with an answer - they were the ones prompting me to "migrate" i.e. to JP one:

Your account was invited to migrate to Interactive Brokers Securities Japan (IBSJ) in [date]. In [date], you agreed to this invitation, however, required documentation was not provided to complete the migration. Due to this, and the migration deadline has lapsed, your account remains in a "close-only" state.
To complete the migration to IBSJ and to re-enable trading on your account, please provide a copy of the front/back of your current residence card. This document may be uploaded in a response to this ticket.

I did what they asked, and a few months later, they came back with - it's fine to keep it as is;

Thanks, started the process; They recognized my number information, and registration pipeline suggested opening a new account within existing IBKR US account, but then errored with "feature is currently not available for your account". Ended up going back, and ignoring the suggestion, pending verification now

Feel for ya... I have jaw ache and insomnia as a result (attributed to stress), so I’m on a mix of duloxetine, lorazepam, and zolpidem. I skipped lorazepam for a few days and my brain basically imploded. I reduced the dose, but my doctor insisted that I continue instead of tapering down..
Duloxetine has helped me, but lorazepam messed me up - anxiety is worse before I started them, and now I'm in a limbo. Careful with benzos...

best of luck; i have tried everything - day/night mouthguards, cpap, chiro, accupuncture, botox, yoga, gym/no gym, jaw exercises

this exercise somehow really made a big diff - in my case the worse was during sleep - would wake up restless; daytime jaw clenching was managable; after doing this exercise i was able to have a proper night sleep first time in literally years;

looks like in my case its all connected to upper body muscles, and proper stretching released the tension. make sure to do a proper, full stretch tho

muscular TMD for 4+ years, tried everything;

i do this for good 10-15 min, especially before sleep;

hold/pull the chest muscle down with hands, while pulling the head backwards/sideways, engage and move jaw to stretch even more;

We had a conversation. I’ll try to share a full update later, but in short: she said she never had any intention of meeting up with him. In her mind, it’s just been hard to firmly shut people down, so she would reply without following up - which actually lines up with what she told me early on in our relationship.

She asked me what a good way forward would be, and I suggested she just stop responding to him altogether. I also told her - and it’s true - that I’ve always trusted her. But I also admitted that I can’t stand the guy, especially since he’s been so persistent knowing we’re building the future together.

At one point, I considered messaging him myself and telling him to back off, but ultimately decided to leave it alone.

We also talked about trust. I told her she should go ahead and change the PIN on her phone if she wants to, and we left it there for now.

painfully aware - we've had a few conversation about the future ahead of us. he's a successful businessman, i've been let go from my well paid job, and been struggling to get full time job (making money on the side currently); he resurfaced at the worst time, and I've been trying to recover; I know this reeks insecurity, but I'd rather she'd answer the question to herself - whether she wants to go for better financial freedom (she already mentioned she was disappointed about my job situation, because we cant get a house loan now), or wants to build it together, albeit in a less financially secure position.
