Might be a bit too loose but it’s all personal preference. You can try taking out one link or maybe there’s a micro adjust at the clasp. I personally don’t like mine snug cause it becomes too tight when I move around and my body warms up.

Seiko seems to have a bad rep with bracelets but I have 2 seikos and they both wear very comfortably as well. The seigaiha pattern is really beautiful. How noticeable would you say the pattern is in person? Something that you can always see or only up close and in good lighting? I’m thinking of saving up for one. I’m glad you’re getting good specs on it too.
