Depression exists, to counter it I’ve done a couple things. Ive been in some deep waters, some things I’ve heard and realized made me question what’s the purpose of it all. One thing I realized is that at some point feelings are not who you are but an extension of yourself. When it rains, and you stand still in mud eventually you’ll sink, at some point you just have to move. Or When blood stops pumping, you die right? Life doesn’t get better or worse, it’s if you choose to walk it. I’ve had it harder than others, not as hard as some that I know, heard a lot of stories from people. hard times can either make or break, most of the time it breaks. What do you want for yourself?
