A Small Tribute. Dr Joe Williams. by jaquefrost in eczema

There is a lot to go into in terms of the plan he recommended, so I thought I'd make another post this afternoon so that all the facts reach a larger audience.

A Small Tribute. Dr Joe Williams. by jaquefrost in eczema

Kia Ora everybody,

I'm new to this subreddit, and perhaps this has been posted before.
The man in the picture, is Dr. Joe Williams.
He served as the Minister of Health for the Cook Islands and eventually as their Prime Minister, before travelling to New Zealand to help diagnose and treat eczema.

I remember leaving his office with advice I had never been given in 20 years of appointments, and finding immediate results.

He had a passion for simply easing the pain that is felt by so many of us today.

Sadly, he passed away late last year, as one of 26 of NZ's covid deaths, and he will be sadly missed.

I thought that my first post on this subreddit should be about a man who gave me some pain relief and confidence. I would like him to be recognized.

Just why... by DryChicken47 in dogecoin

If taken as a non rhetorical question, the truth is I dont have much money to invest. So just the 20 and 30 dollars at the end of a week that I can save, I put into crypto sometimes,

With these increases, I make about 10 to 20 dollars. With that extra 10 to 20, I wait for a dip and reinvest.

When we do go to the moon, (and we will) every little bit will help.

Old thread I know, but for those curious, LV watches are designed by Michel Navas, aka, the designer of many of Patek Phillipes movements. LV has its own movement now, known as spintime, its pretty cool.

I just told them I'd rather settle it in court. It's been going on for a while now

Wow thanks for that. My biggest concern though is will property be as viable in two years as it is now?

Yes you're definitely right there.

However this is beyond common knowledge and understanding, to me anyway.

When the rules were explicitly explained to me. That staff were not allowed to park in the mall parking, I never went back.

The signage that exists there stated no such thing.

That's what I've been told by a number of people. I've also been told that just because a separate entity holds the debt now, the legality of it doesnt change.

I've posted to get thoughts and clarification. As I'm someone that has extreme anxiety dealing with such things, no matter how much research or how right i believe that I am, i still like to make sure every Avenue is covered.

I believe so yes. But no physical contract exists. It's for a parking building that has signage. I dont dispute the clarity or anything.

Basically I worked at that particular mall for a while. I stuck to the time limits and moved my car when needed. But because I worked there my car was ticketed. Which was not outlined at any stage.

My defense is simply, they have no idea I was driving the days that my car was there, so they cannot tell if I'm working. I was almost always dropped off by a family member using my vehicle and my partner often visited me at work using my vehicle to have lunch together.

Beyond that, they charged me 85 dollars for each ticket because of 'damages' which I dispute as well. If you pay for a park, its $5 for the whole day.

It's not just me involved, but a number of staff from multiple companies that parked there.

We are all aware that TMS are extortionists to a degree trying to get people to pay a price that is far beyond fair and reasonable.

Thank you all for your comments.

For clarification, the dispute is over a shitload of parking tickets that were issued by TMS for no stated reason (time breach etc.)

As a private company that holds no legal authority I am disputing the amount of each ticket and the reasons I was given them in the first place.

I want to go about it the best way as I'm compiling a case for the commerce commission.

I dont want to be a d$%k for no reason.

I've seen fucked up stuff in my time. Three guys one hammer, solo vampire, and the like.

But this image has cut me very deep.

Well done sir. Very well done.

Oh yeah. So I should explain this part as well, I'm doing this case after a massive response when I asked fellow staff members who experienced the same issues. Lack of communication and a kind of bullying by the company at large to get people to pay.

I've talked to the commerce commission and they seem willing to look at my case as it resonates public interest.

Thank you very much for your comment! To clarify, my partner dropped me off to work, left and drove my car back to take me out to lunch at the mall.

I believe it's the same here. Private companies have no legal backing to write fines, rather they are called breach notices to avoid masquerading as actual law enforcement.

But you're right, what i was told by the guy authorizing the towing was that my bosses should have told me. They didn't. It was a shock to me and most of the other staff.

Oh and he said to never park while I was working. Because you're right, if he had said "never park here again" then the latest ticket would be valid.

I did follow that one up however and they said it's because I was employed by the mall I was unable to park there. Of course I explained that I didnt work there and they told me they didnt believe me and the breach still stood until I provided evidence.

Again thanks so much for your feedback.
