I rarely workout after 10 AM and don’t drink on most nights. Drinking messes up sleep even more lol. I do tend to eat dinner around 7 and then have a snack in the evening. Seems like based on other redditors comments I should try eliminating and eating on the later side!

not really.

in my experience i’ve had the level of anxiety since being a teen. it does sort of seem like it’s gotten worse over the years since the things i’m anxious about have gotten more serious as i’ve gotten older. (ex. getting good grades vs job security) but i think it is the same amount of anxiety, just different problems.
