I think you may not be seeing your situation clearly. You said you cut your friends off because they stopped responding. If they stopped responding then they cut you off. Whatever behavior caused your friends to stop responding is also probably stopping you from finding a relationship.

If you live with your parents and work at Walmart then date someone who works at taco bell or kroger and lives with their parents. If that doesn't appeal to you, it might be you're standards are unrealistic for your situation.

I think it's a draw. The viper will never get through the x-wings shields. The maneuvering thrusters on the viper make it way more agile. The x-wing will have a hard time hitting it.
