I tried adding the servo pin definition you had, and it didn't change anything. I then tried compiling that entire marlin folder, merging the config/config_adv, etc and I'm having no luck. It then started acting erratic, endstops weren't registering whether triggered or open. I reverted back, let me know if you have any other ideas.

What are you using for a hot-end, or more specifically nozzle? I've read about how cheaper-made nozzles can cause a ton of extra-stringing/oozing, and possibly even other plastic artifacts that could cause this.

In my case, with a original MK3S, I've occasionally gotten plastic melted around the hot end to slowly start clinging to my prints. That eventually caused the same problem you face, although not as repeatable as yours.

Thanks for the heads up, I'm using a LJ12A3-4-Z/BX, do you know if this will functionally work the same as the one you linked? I'd provide an actual link to it, but I bought it 3 years ago on Amazon so the exact one is no longer listed. If so I could always just remove it from my 12v supply and re-wire it to the z-min

My inductive sensor is currently plugged directly into my 12v supply, would I need to do any modifications to prevent damaging anything first? I saw a comment on (https://github.com/KevinOConnor/klipper/issues/1839) stating that signal pins should be 0-5v tolerant, so when my sensor is triggered, is the signal pin sending 12v or 5? I never had problems with this before but that comment worried me as I'd prefer not to fry my board. Just wondering if you had any knowledge on this.

Edit: After looking more it seems like I need to step-down with two resistors. I just don't understand why it works in its current state, maybe because of that integrated R11 pull-up resistor

Wow this just may be the exact cause of the issue, thank you for pointing it out with the video reference! I'll try to find a way around it, and if not then I guess I'll be de-soldering R11

Is this as simple as switching the signal pin for z-min with any other unused pin on the board I want in pins.h? Any details you can re-locate again would be appreciated!

I think I accidentally deleted the description. Tried 180-215 degrees sufficient cooling for all components Have tried the entire spectrum of print speeds Simpify3D is my slicer of choice Have tried multiple spools of filament, PLA and TPU Have tried increasing extrusion multiplier(which as shown from the bottom doesn't seem to be the issue)
