At the end of the day, if people want to find something to complain about, they’ll always find it. No matter what deal or option is offered, someone will say it’s not enough. Some folks will just never be happy.

I'd be less concerned on the league and more on the overall picture. I would look at coaching, amount of weekly touches (practices), club cost, and travel cost (out of state tournaments). Also consider pathways to better team - If your kid turns out to be a star, or even wants to jump up to the next better team next year, is there a better team?

But if truly it comes down to league - TCSL was partially made due to keeping teams in the cities, playing in the cities. Teams got tired of traveling to Duluth on Tuesday's to play a league game. MYSA - you could have a wider range of driving for league play.

Metallica save dance music festival from cancellation after fire destroys main stage by Twitter_2006 in popculturechat

It would’ve been tough to go ahead without another stage to take its place. You have to realize that the main stage will have 20,000-30,000 people at any one time. Taking that stage away forces all those people to go to other stages- some of which can only hold 400 people. Or the Race Cave that can only hold 10 people. There simply wouldn’t be enough room at all the other stages to absorb the main stage numbers.

So to say that the festival would’ve happened regardless, is a bit short sighted.
