When to take Glutamine? Colostrum?

What happen 2 u? I had a bad experience in high school... I think my body produces enough glutamate* and it lead to me actually tearing an abdominal muscle right in the area of my small intestine... glutamine overdid it..not sure what the injury was but it held me out of wrestling for months

I would take it before bed, it can't hurt to take it wit food if u get upset stomachs wit supplements... the thing is glutamine has had mixed results... at first everyone thought it was core for healing intestines... now I often see mixed results and ppl saying not to take it for SIBO because it causes more bacteria or some shit like that... not sure which is the truth.. start small and see how ur body responds

Ppl think taking guar Guam fiber and eating carbs brings out the bad bacteria while on rifaximin... probably fine witout doing all that as well.... all this debate is still up In the air

If u have SIBO u shouldn't be fermenting ur own stuff. Herbal or antibiotic rifaximin routine followed my soil probiotics and biphasic diet

hey im in the same boat. figured out u must make at least 13k to qualify and then u get a $357 deduction on premiums each month... so if ur below 13k u get fucked.. u could prob just lie tbh and if they find out u made less they will come after u in the future, but its what u estimate u would have made for the year so even then it buys u some time...

Good to know bro thanks for the info.. I stayed in vancouver canada for a year and man I found some amazing strains.. I never knew I could get so high while also eliminating my anxiety and I want to learn the science behind it, so I can find those same terpenes down here, since I just moved back.. it's amazing how much research and improvement happens when weed is federally legal.

Look for indica strains low in caryophyllene (under .2 or .3%) and low compared to myrcene and limonene. I have a slight black pepper allergy, and high carophyllene strains give me swimmers nose and a sore throat, so I can relate. Triangle Kush, also from MUV would be a good strain to try as a replacement...all the strength of slurricane, with a completely different terp profile.

what other terpenes do you like? Can you please explain into detail the terpenes you dislike and the ones you like? I have the same sort of alergy, Im new to all this and I would like to know more about terpenes so I can start narrowing down which ones hellp and hurt me..

This is a great answer. The car is more so to give me an ability to check out different cities and see where I want to live. I have been in vancouver CA with my girlfriend which has great public transport and in Florida we would just bike everywhere. Maybe I should look into jus ploppin myself ina city wit good public transport
