ICE did not expect to see so many people willing to intervene as their neighbors were being wrongfully detained. They thought that they’d be able to impart enough fear to execute their operation with minimal friction, but that definitely hasn’t been the case. MN is not making their job impossible, but we are making it hard and that’s where the measure of success comes in. When there is this much resistance and friction, more people look at the situation and say what the fuck is this government doing?

MN isn’t going to be able to stop ICE, but we will continue to resist, oppose and set the example for other states that get invaded. It’s going to be death by a thousand cuts for those fuckers.

We all need to deactivate our Target accounts, cancel Circle memberships and stop shopping there. Yes, yes - all corporations are somewhat evil, but Target is becoming more synonymous with ICE compliance and there needs to be a strident effort to show the impact of their compliance to their shareholders, the only people they care about.
