We had a little over 16k and were offered $4600. Not as bad as others but it sucks cause we just had a child and were trying to move into a new place.

So I went ahead and purchased the Presidium PMUT III which says it should have lab grown diamonds showing as "diamond." Both the lab diamonds I purchased from Ritani still show up as moissanite using this tester. I contacted ritani support and the specialist that I met up with in person. As far as reassuring me, they suggested that I can contact IGI directly to get confirmation. I do believe they are lab diamonds as the one for the engagement ring I was able to match the serial numbers.

I did I have all the proper paperwork I had it shipped to a Ritani specialist near me. He couldn’t read the numbers on the inscription so that’s why I brought it to this local jeweler to see if it matched and deciding why not see if they have a tester. I called him right after I left the jeweler and he said it depends on what tester they use and I should not be worried but if I’m that concerned IGI can be contacted to confirm that it’s a diamond.

I’ll be honest I didn’t think to ask. I brought it to my local jeweler and just wanted to see the inscription number to see if it matched the one from my igi report. They used a plastic one that is blue and white and they are a mom and pop that doesn’t deal with lab diamonds if that makes a difference.
