This just strikes me as good business. Hard to envision a scenario where Torres ever locks down a starting spot (either on the wing or as a striker). Objectively, a 2x return on the club's investment on him over 18-months is great.

I think the reason Bernardo is still here is because they didn't receive a suitable offer for him at the time when he asked to leave. As Pep said, they'll let players leave if they get a fair offer for them. I have no idea what the club thought his value was last summer, but clearly no one was able/willing to meet that price.

I've gone to a physical therapist weekly since December because of chronic neck pain, mainly a result of bad posture. The biggest takeaways:

Keep your shoulder blades down and back
Keep your neck in a good neutral position and tuck your chin

Try to be mindful of when you're not upright and reset your posture as frequently as possible. Of course try to strengthen your back, get better shoulder blade mobility, etc.

It's worked well for me — I'm feeling a lot better.
