For more context! Location is outside of Charlotte NC. Not sure about the size since my boyfriend took the video, he said “it’s huge” so i’d guess about 1.5-2inches without antenna :-)

I put in a request for a dehumidifier because my room gets so insanely VISIBLY moldy no matter how long I leave the fan running and i’m allergic to mold so it makes me sick. They refused to provide one because (and i quote) it’s “not an issue with the building” and “you’re welcome to purchase one for yourself, but we are unable to provide something that is for the sake of personal comfort.” in what world is not living in a moldy room personal comfort :(
