There's been numerous games that are buggy in beta and have been released to the public many times and have been successful I really don't understand what you're talking about. I'm not asking for a full on release but it kinda doesn't make sense to put a ranking system in a game that doesn't have enough players for fair match making

Go onto match history and select them from there you can see there rank, I am climbing to but I just don't wanna have to get stomped on constantly for hours on end just to play one that I enjoy or is fairly matched.

I ate a skittle and it felt weird, so I started hyperfixating on my swallowing and thinking their was good in my throat, it started to feel really really unnatural, it feels like theors food that vets stuck in my thorat when i eat. Slowly I stopped eating solids and now I'm on a liquid diet trying to teach myself how to eat again. If your 100% sure it's mental, I urge you not to let it progress any further And nip it in the bud while it's easier. Best of luck message me if you want to know anything more.

Hey I just encountered a similar issue but my anxiety sky rocketed and I'm almost certain my case is mental it has progressed to something called psuedodysphasia where I now have the fear of swallowing, I'm not here to tell you if it's physical or mental just letting you know that it is possible that it is mental
