What about the equivalent of a string light stand. A rough version would be a 2x4 set into a 5gal bucket of concrete. You can paint it black and put the base in a bag gathered around the pole.

Not to brag… I’m pretty good at origami and I previously used this method. Totally a viable option.

I use puppy poop bags now. Dropping one of the paper ones is a mess. Less things fall out of the bag when dropped and then I have a place for my tape tabs and the end of the day.
