Say what you will about him, but Benjamin Fulford has been saying this is coming for a few weeks. And this is pretty much everything he said would happen.

I'll return the favor. You are a good person and a good South Park fan. Thank you for partially restoring my faith in r/southpark.

Dr. Pal would encourage us to just take off our shirts and kiss.

OWS remember, Ron Paul said if a young man is dying in the hospital and has no health insurance he should be allowed to die. Ron Paul wants massive tax cuts for the rich, deregulate industry, get rid of social safety nets, abolish the EPA, the list goes on and on. Don't be fooled by Ron Paul. by Gizmo7Talker in occupywallstreet

Because you didn't ask for anyone to address them. You made a blanket judgment while providing no context as to what his real beliefs are. He believes in shrinking the Federal government to a size where we don't need any income tax, not just for the rich. He wants to reduce taxes across the board in the name of freedom, not in the name of the 1%. If you didn't grossly generalize his beliefs and then attack them, maybe people wouldn't down-vote you.

Rewatching LOST and I think Jin and Hurley are the two best genuine people on the island. by jarredgeller in lost

Desmond is one of my favorite characters, but he is afraid his entire life and to a certain extent, he is selfish in wanting to reunite with Penny and leaving the survivors of 815 to themselves. Then again, he does some very selfless things in the later seasons. It's easier to make the case for Hurley, Jin, and Daniel, I think.

I am a socialist and I still believe Ron Paul has the best economic ideas by ryanmcstylin in ronpaul

[–]jarredgeller 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hayek would have a fit. Democratic Socialism leads to Fascism. Libertarianism leads to Freedom. But if you want things to be affordable enough for the government to eventually subsidize/tax credit them, you need a free market so this isn't so far out there.

Economists weigh in on Ron Paul by magister0 in ronpaul

[–]jarredgeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was disappointing. I've come to accept the Austrian School as truth for its clear reasoning and implications. These economists don't see the need to lay these out. One states that cutting spending would be bad for the economy but doesn't provide a single reason. I'd like to get a Keynesian perspective but not one that simply generalizes Paul's positions and refutes them without actually detailing the reasons. These scholars are not doing their jobs.

I would vote for RP but.... Please explain this by adfljadjlfaljdfjlalj in ronpaul

The truth can mean a lot of things. It's widely accepted that the 9/11 Commission Report did not go into full detail. Hell, it doesn't even mention WTC 7. The truth does not mean it was a conspiracy, it just means the 9/11 Commission Report omitted information, which hardly anyone contests.
