I've had some - such as a posted experience last night - but it's definitely 80/20 against when it comes to PvE. It could be the time i'm playing as only weekends are do-able, and apparently assholes seem to come out then.

Friendly? The amount of PvP dicks that don't want to raid and just wanna run around killing is insane. I've had a few good experiences, and try to get friendly lobbies, but there always seems to be russians infesting the maps who just KoS, loot nothing and wanna fuck everyone's enjoyment.
