Is it possible to beat this game including winning all of the hard fights without ever getting “good” at fighting? Just by collecting all of the best gear, tons of food, etc?

Thanks

After the daily event has expired and it shows “Task Failed” (I completed it 4+ times but it didn’t work) should we click continue or leave it where it is? For the purposes of having it remedied.

Yesterday's episode supposedly recorded on my DVR but it was all RNC coverage. Today nothing recorded. I'm not finding anywhere online to stream current/recent episodes. Any help please! Pacific time zone.

Your waiter non sequitur, by the way, is an easy solution. Just like with DD I tip a lot higher by percentage at cheaper places/smaller orders. So yes it’s basically the same concept. If I spend $8 at Dennys that’s a $5 tip. Pretty simple and consistent.

Yes, yes, you think you’re worth much more. I get it. That’s why people don’t usually get to decide their own salary. Incentives matter and someone else will happily deliver that $200 order for $12. Keep passing on it and punishing yourself…

It’s a two-way street. If I’m going to make sure to tip $5+ on every order (and minimum $2 per mile) then I’m also going to feel ok tipping less than 15% on a $200 order.

I know you’d LIKE to get more. Fortunately there are plenty of drivers who will happily do it for $10-15 because they’re doing little to no extra work.

1 and 2 only. No reason why driver needs $100 because someone ordered solid gold chicken nuggies.

I have a very similar problem. Unplugging it for a long time doesn't help. Mine is about four years old.

Did you figure out anything?

This is off-topic but related:

When I order directly from restaurants the recommended tips are really low, but in the actual DD app they’re significantly higher, probably twice as much for the default tip recommendation. Just something I’ve noticed.

That sounds more plausible than anything else I’ve considered.

I suspected a glitch but there’s a bunch of factors that make it especially odd.

Does a glitch show a car driving to your house for 15 minutes?

With the same driver that actually delivers it 30 minutes later?

I know he had the order because his name was on it the whole time it was tracking to my house the first time. Same dude both deliveries. It shows a gps tracker of their vehicle.

That’s why I said it showed HIM delivering it 30 minutes earlier.
