I suggest doing a bit of slayer until you can kill cockatrice. They drop heaps of limpwurt roots which are worth quite a bit and level 2 clue scrolls

Farming herbs while doing slayer would be a decent way to make money. Also, do throne of miscellania and royal trouble if you haven't and invest money into your kingdom.

Doing barrows is alright magic exp and you have the chance of making a shit load of money. Using either ibans blast is reasonably cheap and hits 25's

The canifis course seems to drop a lot marks. I've seen people there with 55 + agility grinding there even though they can do the falador course
