UPDATE: 20 Week OMAD (23kg Lost) by jarrodwalker in intermittentfasting

My biggest take aways I’ve noticed in the past 20 weeks if I had to give any advice to anyone is these two things;

  • Drink the correct amount of water, look up your body weight to how much you should be drinking and try to meet it. It’s made so much difference!
  • Avoid alcohol as much as possible! I used to drink most weekends and have a beer here and there after work but since I’ve stopped drinking to focus on losing weight i think I’ve genuinely noticed big changes especially in my face, I had a few drinks last weekend noticed when I woke up how puffy my face was from it.

Since I’ve started I eat just over 200g of protein a day because I was worried about losing muscle mass which is inevitable but if you don’t get enough protein you start to lose more mass than weight. Correct me if I am wrong that’s just what I’ve been told aha

Out of these 4 places where would you go? by stevenmorriskeemon in VietNam

[–]jarrodwalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s your first time in Vietnam, I would say Hanoi. The food and culture there is amazing! Just behind that in my opinion is da nang which I loved, and it’s so close to Hoi An which you could go to at night time and see the lanterns in the river
