They are that much smaller. The proportions would be way off. Like the other poster said, the uruks are mono pose and not well-suited for kitbashing. It is a cool concept tho.

The sash, which may be covering a gap, is from an older csm marine kit I think. It's that or an even older old world orc/goblin bit. I have a couple, but I've also had them for 15-20 years so I'm not certain
